Please join us for a special ‘double bill’ event, celebrating the work of Jerzy Antkowiak, who produced iconic sketches for the legendary Polish fashion house Moda Polska.

The evening begins at Cine Lumiere, with a documentary film about Moda Polska and the archive of fashion designs which Jerzy Antkowiak assembled following Moda Polska declaring bankruptcy in 1998. Following the screening the evening continues at Ognisko Poskie. Writer Karolina Sulej will chair a discussion with Jerzy Antkowiak, an expert on Polish fashion history, and the contemporary designer Tomasz Ossoliński, on the influence that Moda Polska and Jerzy Antkowiak had on trends and Polish fashion designers.
