Poland has always been renowned as a source of vodka, though vineyards in Zielona Gora were producing wine since the beginning of the 14th century. This means the recent emergence of Polish vineyards is a revival rather than an innovation, with the Polish wine belt now extending across western Poland from Szczecin to Krakow. This provides a journey of discovery, as each winery has its own individual style. And rather than touring Poland, this can all be experienced within the ballroom on the first floor! A buffet of regional Polish produce will also be served, making this an all-Polish event.
